Oh Life is such a Mixed Bag. Ups and Downs. Not on Shortlists but trying to play the Long Game. And Invites Overseas! And plumbing… there’s always plumbing. As I was writing this, somehow two cars crashed into a bus outside our house… and my son (Tahi 9 who has been doing forensics…) is over the moon as the fire trucks, ambulance, cops, turn up and the drama unfolds while the car drivers, and bus driver, and passengers all mill about, their lives suddenly stopped, and all displaying various shades of guilt and dismay and outrage. When the boys were little we watched a tow truck prep to tow away a car that had been in an accident. They thought it would be a fun job to had. The towie turned to them and said: Don’t become a tow truck driver, you never see the best of people. I love how in your work you find and show the best in people. Cheers DG

Oh my goodness! Such drama! Such entertainment! That would be so true about the towie. You wouldn’t want to be a dentist or a parking attendant either.

Oh, wow, your comic is like a cyanotype, it’s caught my eye straight away. I really like this…looks like you nearly ran over two complete strangers; ah well, Earth is overpopulated *wink*. If you crafted that chandelier, then we want to see pix.

Heh, it’s made for a mouse-house, has’ta be darling 🙂 While I’m on it (on about you, actually), I have noticed that you are very good for the close-up shots of the kid. I’m curious, and I’m wondering what camera you have? I’ve a Sony RX 100, the one called ‘mark one’ which I suppose was new somewhere around the year 2008(?) Don’t quote me! I’ve not really had the chance yet to test its, um, MACRO ABILITY. What yours does is just fine. Care to tell me about it? -Robert

I’m not entirely sure what you’re talking about, but I’m a phone photographer

Oh. Got it. I forget that phones nowadays will take very good shots.

It’s been better we’ve been working and testing at school everyday for the week and I have this annoying cut on my tounge and it sucks.
