Fate and tone

This is another one of my China stories – it’s actually been over a month since I went, so all my memories have probably been distorted into fiction already. This is why I am a novelist rather than a journalist – I fictionalise facts moments after they happen. I have another China story to post tomorrow, and then I think I’m done. Besides, Jonathan goes back to work after a week off so I won’t have so much time to draw comics.

LET ME BE FRANK 
Perhaps thetraffic and the cyclists are going at the same speed. In Auckland the cars always go too fast fo the conditions and are so impatient to get anywhere
